This shirt features four of our exclusive Hawaiian-quilt inspired designs that celebrate native manu (birds and bats) and their habitats. These designs were created in-house by our Development Director, Rae Okawa, and printed in Hawaiʻi. We do not use generative AI in the production of any of our graphics.
The Designs:
- ʻŌpeʻapeʻa in thick foliage - the Hawaiian hoary bat likes to fly and roost among thick treetops
- Koaʻe soaring - that feeling of looking up and seeing tropicbirds soaring over your head.
- Aeʻo taking off - inspired by the Hawaiian stilt launching from a grassy wetland
- ʻIʻiwi in ʻŌhiʻa - inspired by the energy of a flock of ʻiʻiwi foraging among lehua blossoms
